And Goliath stood and cried unto the army of wrestlers; choose you a man for you, and let him come down to meet me. If he be able to wrestle with me, and defeat me then I will be his servant. The whole host of wrestlers when they saw the man, fled from him, and were sore afraid!!! The dude was huge!!!!!!!!!!!!
And Dylan was the youngest: Younger than Goliath by 3 years, 6 or 7 inches and atleast 35 lbs. And Dylan said to the Head of Wrestling, Let no man's heart fail because of him; I will go and wrestle this Philistine!
Dylan said moreover, He that delivered me out of the hand of my brother from swirlies and wedgies, he will deliver me out of the hand of the Philistine.
And Dylan took with him his singlet and his wrestling shoes and chose him out a nice pair of head gear. With some advice from his coach he stepped onto the mat to face Goliath!!
And when the Philistine looked about and saw Dylan, he disdained him: for he was a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance. And the Philistine said to Dylan, Come to me, and I will give thy flesh unto the fowls of the air, and to the beasts of the field.
Dylan said, I accept this challenge and will give you a battle like you have never known. Alas, Goliath did win the match but it was Dylan who gave him a hard fought battle and did not back down from the giant!!!
This was Dylans first ever wrestling tournament and he did a great job wrestling against kids 3 years older and lots bigger and he took 3rd Place. Great job Dylan, it was fun to watch you wrestle!
